Suspension list

To help protect both Sendamatic's sender reputation and yours, deliveries to addresses that have a history of complaints or hard bounces are automatically suspended.

One-off issues won't trigger it, but if an address continues to cause problems it'll get added to the list for increasing lengths of time.
