Downloading mail and webhook logs

You can request a downloadable archive of your email and webhook logs directly from your Sendamatic dashboard. Once your request is processed, you'll receive an email with a link to download a ZIP file containing CSV files for the selected log types.

Log retention periods

• Email logs: Available for the past 60 days
• Webhook logs: Available for the past 14 days

How to request a log download

• Open the user menu in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
• Select Log download.
• Choose a start date and end date for the logs you want to retrieve.
• (Optional) Select the log types you’re interested in.
• Click Go to submit your request.

You’ll receive an email with a download link once your archive is ready.
